Administrative Manager
KELLI CONCEPTION PRIVATE LIMITED

This position reports to the director. He/she is responsible for the full spectrum of general office operations, facilities and administrative functions and ensures smooth business operation,ensuring that coordination and execution of administrative projects and on-going work tasks are accomplished efficiently and accurately also to ensure procurement and utilization of company assets in a cost-effective way.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Responsible for the full spectrum of administration functions
2. Planning administrative processes.
3. Maintaining updated records and document data ensuring documentations are accurate
4. Financial and accounting functions
5. Supporting administrative tasks and other assigned duties as required.
Technical Skills and Competencies 1. Experience in Administrative Management
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Able to manage the coordination of finance and budget matters
4. Ability to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
