Job Purpose Summary:
To assist in the administration and secretarial duties for Singapore companies managed by Trident, while supporting the Corporate Relationship Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/Duties :
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date statutory records and registers for Singapore companies.
- Coordinate and prepare minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents for client entities.
- Oversee regulatory deadlines for Singapore entities, such as Annual Returns and holding of Annual General Meetings etc.
- Manage CorpPass and Work Pass matters.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Singapore corporate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Keep up to date with regulatory, statutory, and compliance requirements within Singapore and other jurisdictions where Trident Group has a presence.
- Proactively establish and maintain relationships with clients through consistent communication such as in person, virtual, email, telephone and messaging.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships through effective communication and providing support on corporate services matters.
- Support the training and development of resources in other offices to enhance quality of work and efficiency.
- Coordination with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
