Key Responsibilities


Strategic Development & Commercial Impact

  • Define and execute the regional Private Client strategy, aligned with global PCR directives and regional business goals.
  • Lead VIC recruitment and development initiatives to drive incremental revenue growth, particularly in high-end categories such as exotics, furs, Made-to-Order, and World of FENDI.
  • Partner with the retail and merchandising teams to shape product focus and sales plans for VIC-centric activations, trunk shows, and private previews.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through external networks, third-party collaborations, and targeted outreach of UHNW and HNW individuals.


Client Relationship Management

  • Oversee regional client segmentation and portfolio development strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Drive personalised engagement strategies and bespoke experience for top-tier clients, working closely with Store Managers, Client Advisors, and the CRM team.
  • Act as a key liaison between stores and the global PCR team for campaign implementation, RSVP management, and client proposals related to high-end events.
  • Ensure data excellence in client profiling and segmentation, supporting targeted and impactful clienteling actions.


Team Enablement & Advisory

  • Serve as the regional advisor for VIC development, supporting Store Managers and Retail Manager in succession planning and talent identification for future Private Client Advisors (PCAs).
  • Design and deliver elevated training modules focused on client acquisition, HNWI relationship building, and personalized selling techniques.
  • Mentor top-performing Client Advisors and build a pipeline of high-potential talent for the PCR function.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Omnichannel, and CRM teams to orchestrate seamless delivery of client experiences and elevate brand desirability.
  • Lead the regional implementation of global client strategies and align key KPIs with global PCR teams.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for high-end client proposals related to international events, fashion shows, and exclusive previews.


Event Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of regional Private Client events including trunk shows, MTO previews, and World of FENDI activations.
  • Ensure effective cross-market coordination and performance tracking of high-end client events.
  • Drive client engagement through curated storytelling, immersive experiences, and ultra-personalized client journeys.


Profile & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in luxury retail, client development, or private client relationship management.
  • Proven track record in high-value sales and HNWI engagement strategies within the luxury or hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and develop internal stakeholders across markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to support market needs and events.
