Are you someone who enjoys helping others and has a passion for health and wellness? Zhong Yan Tang is expanding – and we’re looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our retail team!

Position: Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Various outlets across major malls in Singapore (TBD)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet and serve walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.

Recommend products like bird’s nest, sea cucumber, abalone & fish maw based on customers’ needs.

Provide health-related product knowledge in an easy-to-understand way.

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Operate POS system and handle basic sales reports

Attend product training to keep up with our range of wellness items

Support the team to meet sales goals and create a great in-store experience

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in retail or wellness products is a plus (but not a must!)

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (dialects a bonus!)

Positive attitude, friendly personality, and a willingness to learn

Team player with good customer service mindset

Comfortable working on weekends / public holidays (for part-timers)

What You’ll Get:

Basic salary from S$2,200/month (for full-time), based on experience
