Retail Events & Operations Coordinator, SEA (Consumer Electronic) MNC

Our client is one of the leading players in the Consumer Electronics sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional Retail Operations Specialist to be part of their Operations team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Regional Retail Operations Specialist :

• Plan and execute in-store promotions and product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align events with company goals.
• Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and budgets for events.
• Evaluate event outcomes and suggest improvements for future events.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Assess store performance and provide feedback to store managers.
• Create and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
• Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Set and meet sales targets for assigned stores.
• Develop strategies to drive customer traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld.
Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field
• At least 2 - 5 years experience in retail management, event planning, and customer service from consumer electronics sector
• Comfortable with travelling between local retail stores, and across SEA stores
