Key Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full sets of accounts, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and ensure timely month/year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including IRAS, ACRA, GST, and tax filings.
- Manage cash flow, banking matters, audit processes, and corporate finance activities.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.
HR Responsibilities:
- Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, IR21 etc.).
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with MOM and local employment laws.
- Review and implement HR policies and strategies to support business goals.
- Promote employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievance management, and industrial relations where necessary.
IT Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and hardware/software assets.
- Liaise with external IT vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity matters.
- Ensure data protection, backup, and IT security protocols are in place and up to date.
- Recommend and implement suitable business IT tools to enhance operational efficiency (e.g. HRMS, cloud solutions).
- Support users on IT issues and coordinate training for new systems or technologies.
- Develop IT policies and ensure compliance with PDPA and other regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Prefer ACCA / CPA holder candidate.
- At least 5 years of combined experience in finance or audit functions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Solid knowledge of FRS, Singapore tax, statutory regulations, employment laws, and IT governance.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero), HRMS tools, and basic IT systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
