  • Wholesale of Charging Devices: Supplying various types of smart shared charging terminals and supporting equipment, including a wide range of power banks, smart cabinets, and management systems.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop overall operational strategies, optimize business processes, supervise departmental execution of operational plans, and ensure annual business targets are met.
  • Team Management and Coordination: Lead the operations team and coordinate collaboration among marketing, sales, and customer service departments to enhance efficiency. Set and implement performance evaluation standards.
  • Resource Allocation and Cost Control: Optimize resource allocation, monitor operational costs, formulate budget plans, and improve capital utilization to ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Establish an operations data monitoring system, analyze market trends, user feedback, and business performance, propose improvement plans, and promote product and service optimization.
  • Risk Control and Compliance: Oversee operational compliance, identify potential risks, formulate contingency plans, and ensure the business adheres to industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English (related majors preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian and Chinese markets
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team/department building
  • Prior work experience in China is preferred
