Project Sales Manager is responsible for both sales and project management aspects of a business. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the execution of projects to ensure they are completed successfully, on time, and within budget.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Project Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate project activities, manage resources, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
- Team Leadership and Management: May involve leading and mentoring a sales team, providing guidance, and ensuring team members meet their goals.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors).
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within cost constraints.
