Junior Project Engineer (Engineering/Electrical)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in coordinating transformer equipment deliveries to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate to grow within the engineering and power systems field.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in daily project coordination tasks.
• Assist with tracking project schedules, delivery timelines, and documentation.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Help prepare reports, meeting notes, and project updates.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, production, and logistics departments.
• Follow up on purchase orders, shipping arrangements, and equipment status.
• Assist in organizing meetings, including interpretation when needed.
• Maintain organized records of project files and communication.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields preferred).
• 1–3 years of working experience in a technical or project support role
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to learn and support cross-functional teams.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a project-based environment.
