Air Cargo Flow Specialist @Changi

Job Title: Air Cargo Flow Specialist (Changi | Up to $3,100 | 5.5 Days)

• Oversee import shipments and manage arrival coordination
• Verify and organize key shipping documentation
• Head down to SATS/DNATA when needed for on-site cargo checks

Stay on top of communication:

• Liaise with customers to confirm agents and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, contractors, and internal teams
• Provide timely updates and cost estimates on handling charges

Keep it clean and compliant:

• Update Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain accurate records
• Ensure timely submission of manifests, permits, and delivery docs

Support the backend work that keeps the front running:

• Generate import invoices and manage billing docs
Prepare monthly shipment reports and handle permit declarations

• Salary : $2,300 – $3,100/month (based on experience)
• Location : Changi (minutes from air cargo terminals)
• Schedule :
  Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (44-hour workweek)
• Leave : 14 days paid annual leave
• Contract : 1-year renewable, strong chance of conversion to long-term

• Confident with Microsoft Office and logistics systems
