MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the beauty salon/spa
Lead, train, and motivate beauty consultants, therapists, and support staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback professionally
Manage scheduling, inventory, and staff performance
Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product knowledge

Requirements:
