DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation (BRD/FSD) for banking transformation projects
• Manage end-to-end SWIFT CBPR+ ISO20022 migration and compliance initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive implementation of Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) and other digital payment platforms
• Support Retail and Corporate payments processes, including host-to-host and digital payment channels
• Ensure regulatory compliance, especially in AML screening (FIRCO) and cross-border transactions
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe), maintain product backlogs using JIRA , Rally , Confluence
• Coordinate testing efforts including SIT/UAT and manage API integration with internal/external systems
• Participate in large-scale core banking modernization and T24 implementation projects
• Oversee vendor coordination, SOW reviews, and project risk assessments
• Support digital migration from legacy platforms and manage cross-functional teams across geographies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI domain
• Hands-on with TPH , T24 , Finacle , ISO20022 , SWIFT , and payment system integration
• Certifications: CBAP , PMP , PSM I , and SAFe 5 Agilist
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global banking institutions
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Clarity , Rally , JIRA , Confluence
