Zhong Yan Tang is a premium health supplement brand rooted in traditional wellness. We specialize in ready-to-eat bird’s nest, abalone, sea cucumber, herbal tonics, and more. Blending heritage knowledge with a modern retail experience, we are expanding rapidly across Singapore. We are looking for a dedicated and capable Store Manager to lead our frontline team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the store’s daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance

Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to meet and exceed sales targets.

Provide professional product recommendations and consultations.

Manage inventory levels, restocking, and merchandising standards.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with HQ on sales reports, marketing activities, and team updates.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in health/wellness or supplements

Passion for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and nourishing products.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of bird’s nest, herbal tonics, or related products is an advantage.

Proficient in English and Mandarin
