Manager

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced manager to oversee and execute the company’s construction projects, with a strong foundation in plumbing and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the entire construction process and be knowledgeable in project management related to operational and administrative procedures
• Carry out project planning, cost control, and project documentation
• Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants to ensure overall construction progress follows the schedule
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works, with compliance to safety and environmental regulations
• Lead and manage a team of project staff
• Possess working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems to effectively oversee relevant aspects of the project
• Minimum 5 years of experience in singapore
