General Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of Fong Sheng Hao Singapore , a fast-growing and beloved Taiwanese F&B brand known for our signature toasts and milk teas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets in Singapore
• Lead, mentor and manage outlet managers and operational staff
• Drive profitability and implement cost control initiatives
• Ensure high standards of food safety, quality, and customer service
• Plan and execute business strategies and expansion plans
• Liaise with the HQ in Taiwan to ensure brand consistency
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance management
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement and inventory
• Analyse sales data, report KPIs, and identify areas for growth
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B operations at a senior management level
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills
• Business and financial acumen
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions independently
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with HQ & Chinese-speaking staff)
• Familiarity with Singapore’s F&B regulatory landscape
