Managing Director

Eatero Pte Ltd is an innovative F&B group with a mission to deliver high-quality, scalable food brands across Singapore and beyond. We are looking for a driven and experienced Managing Director to lead the company’s next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units (e.g., food brands, central kitchen, outlets)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans

• Build and manage high-performing teams, ensuring strong leadership at all levels

• Maintain a strong brand reputation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

• Report to the Board of Directors and update stakeholders on key business developments
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5–10 years) in a senior leadership role, preferably in F&B or retail

• Strong background in operations, finance, and team leadership

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or relevant field (MBA preferred)
