ACCOUNTANT

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statement.
• Responsible for preparation of Balance sheet and audit schedules.
• Manage credit control.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal or external parties to support operation and intercompany activities.
• Prepare corporate tax computation and liaising with tax agents at year end.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
• Maintain accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies.
• Support budgeting exercise.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in F&B or retail industry in Singapore.
• Knowledge of Netsuites system and Power BI highly preferred.
• Audit in Big 4 is preferred.
• Highly driven and efficient, self-initiative and confident to carry out assignment effectively.
