Accounting Executive

Company Overview
We are a Singapore-based quarry stone trading company specializing in business with China and Indonesia. Due to business expansion, we invite an experienced Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team.

Position: Accounting Executive
Location: Singapore (with 7-10 days of travel to Indonesia per month)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial accounting, preparation of financial statements, and vouchers to support business operations with China and Indonesia
• Liaise with Chinese companies and Indonesian suppliers on financial matters
• Travel to Indonesia for 7-10 days per month to handle local financial tasks and coordinate with suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with cross-border business exposure
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with Chinese colleagues
• Proficient in Indonesian to communicate with Indonesian suppliers and colleagues, and able to understand Indonesian commercial contracts and financial statements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Singapore, Chinese, or Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations is an advantage
• Able to commit to 7-10 days of monthly travel to Indonesia
