Job Overview:


We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Supervisor – Pastry to join ourdynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in pastry production while alsohandling some supervisory responsibilities. You will lead a team of 8, contribute creativeideas, and help maintain smooth operations in the pastry kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily baking and pastry production (90% hands-on role) Supervise, schedule, and support a team of 8 staff Handle ordering and purchasing of ingredients and materials Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory Prepare and decorate pastries such as tiramisu, panna cotta, macaroons, celebrationcakes, and buttercream-based desserts Assist in menu development through R&D and new pastry creations Ensure high standards of presentation and plating


Requirements: 5 years of pastry experience required Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in pastry making and decoration Experience with French pastries is a bonus Able to lead a team and work well with others Creative, energetic, and willing to learn
