The Role:
We are seeking a commercially driven and technically fluent Sales Manager (Individual Contributor + Team Management role) to drive new business, expand enterprise adoption, and lead a lean, high-performing sales team.
This is a fully remote role (with the option to work from the office), but candidates must currently reside in Singapore due to operational and regulatory requirements. The OTE for the role is SGD263,000/annum (50/50 split).

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business for products through consultative, technical sales efforts.
- Own revenue targets and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on roadmap and customer needs.
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy, including pricing and go-to-market plans.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in fintech or API-driven businesses.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals.
- Strong technical fluency in API products and ability to sell to technical stakeholders.
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience in a quota-carrying team.
- Personal Interest within the crypto/web3 space
