Responsibilities: 1. Electronic Trading client coverage spanning the APAC markets, keeping clients up to date on Algorithm, Routing and FIX developments and enhancements 2. Interact with Algorithm development, Quant Strategy and Execution Consulting members to analyse, discuss and refine Algos parameters and optimization of electronic execution for clients 3. Improve and enhance Electronic Trading workflows from FIX mapping, risk controls, order intervention, alerts, and trading constraints etc for streamlining execution for clients in a controlled manner 4. Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of clients across the Asia Pacific market place 5. Work alongside the business, management, and other sales and trading teams in order to maximize revenue generation and penetration in client wallets across execution channels 6. Monitor and analyze client trading activities and volumes, working to achieve the specific objectives pertaining to client coverage and market share ambitions

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in equity trading 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronic sales trading 3. Candidate must have quantitative or algorithm working experience 4. Must have very strong existing client relationships in Singapore, APAC and globally whilst also willing to seek and develop new opportunities 5. Candidate must have knowledge of the FIX, Dev, QTS and Operations environment and be able to communicate coherently between these teams and the Client 6. Proven communication and presentation skills, working with international teams 7. Keen attention to detail 8. Understanding of the financial regulatory environment
