Job Description
You will enjoy this role if you are a go-getter, like to take initiative and have an eye for detail and administration. You will be given guidance and can stretch yourself by exercising your creativity and thinking outside the box. You will also be empowered to create and execute your plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, assist in appointment scheduling and rescheduling, new programme application, and address client enquiries for Senior Gym programmes.
- Assist in sharing on Medisave services, Medisave claims submissions, subsidy application, and address client enquiries for Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services.
- Assist the internal stakeholders (therapists and exercise trainers) with operational tasks, administrative tasks (SMF & ATF application), and support tasks.
- Provide any other ad-hoc administrative general support to the Allied Health Centre of Excellence team or the Day Rehabilitation Centre HQ as assigned.
Qualifications
- ITE/Diploma in any Discipline or Service Sector disciplines
- 0 - 2 years of work experience in roles similar to customer service associates
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and operational experience in community healthcare settings in Senior Care Centres are preferred, but not a must
- IT Savvy and proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent organisation skills and meticulous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
