ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
INNEOVA INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD.

1. Source information to Assistant Manager or Manager on finance related matters.
2. Ensure full and accurate accounting records of the Company.
3. Input accounting records into the ERP system.
4. Manage the accounts receivables or accounts payables or general ledgers or bank ledgers function of the finance related matters.
5. Send out statement of accounts and follow up debts collections with customers (if any).
6. Perform reconciliation statements.
7. Communicate with auditors on internal or external audit concerning finances and operations and oversee required action to address deficiencies.
8. Do cash count from collections from customers or branches staff (if any).
9. Follow up on debt collections matters.
10. Prepare cheques payments to suppliers (if any).
11. Any other duties as & when assigned.
Qualification:
GCE’O’ Level / LCCI or Account related Certificate
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in positions in Finance
Knowledge and Skills :
- Written/oral communications skills
- Computer skills including the ability to operate and manage computerised financial systems
- Ability to work under pressure
