HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and execute tasks across the six core areas of Human Resources: Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Labor Compliance.
Participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of HR policies to ensure effective workforce management. Handle employee relations and disputes, fostering a positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.
Assist the General Manager in handling various tasks and initiatives, especially during the company’s rapid growth phase.
Job Requirements:
Female candidate with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
Bonus qualifications (preferred but not required):
- Experience as a corporate trainer
- Background in chain store or retail operations
- Experience in the health supplement or wellness industry
Solid understanding of all six HR modules, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage HR matters independently.
Familiarity with Singapore’s labor laws, HR policies, and employment regulations.
