  • Maintain the standard of cleanliness.
  • Replacing bed linens and towels.
  • Replenish toiletries, beverage sachets, etc
  • Reporting room vacancy status.
  • Check and report items which are damaged/in need of maintenance.
  • Handle and interact with guests concerns and feedback in a professional and respectful manner.
  • 4 working days per week.
