M&E Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

• Prepare / draw shop & as-built M&E Co-ordination drawing
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are compiled with.
• Lead and motivate a team of project staff
• Provide the direction in construction planning as assigned, coordination and execution of works with sub-contractors, Clients and Consultants
• Liaise with the sub-contractors and ensuring smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule and all required regulations.

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical from Recognized Polytechnic or CITI Certificate in M&E Coordination.

• 5 years relevant experience in building or construction projects.

• Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation skills

• Team player with initiative.

• Strong leadership quality, self motivated, performance oriented.

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
