Care Executive

Location: East Side

Roles:

• Look after a group of elderly clients assigned
• Ensure clients follow the activities in the daily program
Plan, lead and participate in group activities with clients

Responsibilites:

• Give utmost care and passion towards clients and fellow teammates
• Fully committed to ensure safety in all activities
• Comply to all administrative activities
• Follow all processes, procedures and guidelines
• Give full companionship to clients
• Provide medication reminders
• Follow instructions to assist clients
• Assist clients for toileting needs
• Prompt reporting of incidents and deviations to Centre Manager

Know-How:

• Experience in handling elderly and senior people
• Patient and have a cheerful heart and outlook towards others
• Know various languages and dialects to communicate effectively
• Personal care and hygiene, including toileting
• Manaul transfer to and fro from wheelchair or geriatric chair
• Oral feeding
• Vital signs measurement and monitoring
