About The Role

As the Assistant Forecasting & Inventory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. You will:


  • Lead efforts to achieve Net Sales targets by collaborating closely with the Retail team and Travel Retail Operator (TRO) to ensure optimal inventory purchasing and consistent stock availability.
  • Strategically manage and optimize inventory operations across key markets—Indonesia, Philippines, and Cambodia (both Local Market and Travel Retail)—by leveraging your leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by fostering strong cross-functional partnerships with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Business Finance teams. Your insights will drive operational enhancements and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Singapore Travel Retail (SGTR)


  • Develop monthly sell-in phasing and SKU-level demand planning to support SGTR’s annual Net Sales targets, factoring in sell-through trends, global service levels, discontinued returns, SEA freight KPIs, and inventory rebalancing.
  • Build a strong, collaborative relationship with the TRO to ensure year-round stock coverage and maximize New Campaign Sell-In volumes.
  • Monitor delivery lead times and coordinate logistics with the local Distribution Center to ensure timely stock delivery to the TRO.
  • Lead the development and timely submission of SGTR Campaign Forecasts in partnership with the Retail team, using the Global 4CAST system.
  • Oversee campaign order tracking, ensuring all stock and SPM shipments are allocated and fulfilled by Global. Collaborate with Retail and Visual Merchandising to ensure seamless campaign execution.


Key Markets – Indonesia, Philippines, and Cambodia


  • Lead Open-To-Buy (OTB) and Purchase Order reviews to ensure optimal stock coverage aligned with sales trends, assortment plans, marketing calendars, and key events.
  • Establish and maintain inventory performance metrics to provide accurate visibility and assessment of stock levels across markets.
  • Execute action plans to close inventory gaps, optimize stock levels, and ensure product availability to meet market demand.
  • Partner with TROs to maintain consistent stock coverage and maximize campaign sell-in opportunities.
  • Act as the A&P budget gatekeeper, managing the approval and oversight of campaign-related Purchase Orders.
  • Validate end-to-end Campaign Forecast flows across all markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely submission to the Global 4CAST system.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Global Customer Service and local markets, ensuring effective communication on shipment allocation and fulfillment.
  • Oversee the product registration process in collaboration with local markets and Chanel’s Global Regulatory team to ensure compliance and timely execution.
  • Address logistics and importation challenges by coordinating with the Regional Supply Chain team and acting as the primary point of contact for resolution.
  • Continuously identify and resolve process inefficiencies to enhance operational effectiveness and support business growth.
