Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Operations Excellence

  • Perform shift responsibilities and ensure smooth daily operations of the park and deliver exceptional guest experience through storytelling and creating moments of delight.
  • Manage guest feedback on-ground and close service lapses through systemic processes.
  • Manage incidents and work with stakeholders to reduce incident rate.
  • Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on park-related and guest experience matters
  • Ensure safe and smooth Adventure operations including conducting daily safety checks and securing guests onto high-element rides.
  • Assist in vendor management, including training and performance reporting, collating and reviewing reports.

Others

  • Assist and coordinate in wildlife management effort.
  • Drive and support initiative to achieve the organisation's strategic goals, as directed.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in tourism/ hospitality management and/ or outdoor adventure learning.
  • At least 2 years of experience in adventure-related industry, preferably with experience in leadership.
  • Rope access and rope rescue certification will be valued competency.
  • Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.
  • Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent team player who can also work independently.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a keen work attitude, good with time management and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with advance Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI and general business analytics tools as a plus.
  • Able to work on weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
