Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Senior Manager – Community Engagement and the Management Council.
- Review, manage, and process applications for interest-free study loans.
- Prepare and present reports on loan disbursements, repayments, and defaults.
- Maintain accurate student records, loan agreements, and repayment data using the Student Relationship Management System.
- Prepare reports for grant disbursements and SINDA FSC referrals.
- Apply for government and other external grants to support various office initiatives and projects.
- Support the Assistant Manager in preparing donor progress reports by providing repayment figures and confirming committed, utilised, and unutilised fund balances.
- Assist with general secretariat operations and office administration.
- Coordinate and maintain IT systems and infrastructure updates.
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising initiatives, office functions and community engagement events.
- Liaising with auditors, managing internal documentation, and coordinating closely with the bookkeeper on audit-related matters.
- Diploma/Degree in Business , Communications or related courses.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Xero and general IT systems.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and positive attitude.
- Proactive team player able to work independently with minimal supervision.
