BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are a small, energetic and passionate team providing engineering and manufacturing services to the oil & gas, process and industrial sectors in this region. We seek a highly motivated and committed Business Development Manager to explore and identify new opportunities, secure new leads / projects and develop new customers. The candidate shall be expected to exhibit closing skills, selling to customer needs, market knowledge and should have the ability to prioritize work, use own initiative and work as part of team. Incentives and numeration will be based on project profit-sharing basis, later on developing into a long-term arrangement. The candidate shall be free to utilize his time at his own discretion as needed to interact with existing and potential clients in his professional contact circle.
