Research Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Engineer in Singapore. The Research Engineer will conduct research and development activities related to membrane technologies, oversee experiments, analyze data, and develop new algorithms and models. Daily tasks will include designing and executing research plans, collaborating with the technical team, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• R&D activities for a new membrane product or production process improvement
• Support and perform experiments for membrane characterization and evaluation
• Support qualification tests and analysis for raw materials and products
• Literature search for product development and the relevant area
• Provide reports and updates for R&D activities
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and best practices
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the company

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in membrane technology or material science is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, or Equivalent
