Assists Project Co-ordinator in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
Manages workers work schedule;
Assists Project Co-ordinator in general worker deployment with Head Office;
Assists Project Co-ordinator in ordering of raw materials;
Assists Project Co-ordinator in putting up delivery orders;
Assists Project Co-ordinator in safekeeping of all tools and equipment;
Ensure good housekeeping in project sites;
Assists Project Co-ordinator in monitoring and recommending appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risks identified;
Assists Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in preparation of risk assessment record after completion of the assessment;
Assists Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in risk assessment communication to the workers;
