EXPORT COORDINATOR

We are a leading freight forwarding Company with worldwide operation & have vacancy for Export Coordinator.

Job Competency Requirement:

1) Team Player with positive mindset & communication skill.

2) Minimum 1 year’s working experience in freight forwarding industry.

3) Able to comprehend in English and Mandarin.

4) Knowledge of DG handling & Cargowise(CW) system, an advantage.

Role Performance and Expectation:

1) Attend to incoming calls & enquiry.

2) Attend to overseas agents or business partner enquiry & monitor nominated shipments.

3) Updating of sailing schedule in CW and website.

4) Plan console or nominate carrier use.

• Issue booking reference, update CW, forward forecast and release booking to haulier to truck container to warehouse.

• Process export documentation, billings, pre-alerts & file closing.

• DG cargo declaration, if any

• AMS / ACI filings

• Liaising with agents for any cargo discrepancy.

5) Takes up task & assignment as and when assigned by superior.
