Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechantronics, mechanical, electronics) or Physics.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Use Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies to validate that prototypes meet stringent design specifications and performance standards.
• Optimize processes for new product launch (lithography/inkjet processes).
• Assemble and integrate the most complex components of our lithography and microscopy systems, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the design process, including design changes, test results, and final specifications.
• Design machine assemblies for rapid prototyping and full-scale production, ensuring compliance with DFMA principles.
• Work closely with electronic, optics, and software engineering teams to integrate various components into the overall design.
