Job Description:

  • To ensure effective planning and implementation of recruitment strategies and activities.
  • Responsible for the co-ordination and interview of all employees, especially those under “Indirect Labour” category.
  • To liaise with external agencies with regards to advertisement & employment matters.
  • Prepare letter of appointment, employment contract for foreign workers, and acceptance of resignation letter & creation of personal files for all employees.
  • Responsible for the application/renewal/cancellation of Work Passes.
  • To ensure all employment contracts are renewed (preparation, discussion & signing) before expiry dates.
  • To ensure payment of monthly expenses such air ticket reimbursements, referral fee, agencies and company clinic invoices, union membership fees and company transportation are processed accordingly.
  • Engage in employee counseling (transfer, termination cases) & conduct exit interviews.
  • Prepare reports: Manpower reports, HR Metrics, MOM quarterly survey & other ad-hoc report.
  • Develop innovative employees’ bonding and engagement activities to improve retention
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline and / with Diploma in HRM or equivalent preferred
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered
  • Savvy with Microsoft Office and Google suite applications
  • A team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace and high-volume hiring environment
  • Proficient with Singapore labor laws, work passes requirement etc
  • Strongly preferred with 3 years’ relevant working experience within PCB/Manufacturing/Semiconductor Industry
