Aftersales Manager (Aston Martin)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the aftersales departments to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Develop strategies to maximize workshop productivity, parts sales, and service profitability.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, workplace safety, and local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure consistent delivery of a premium customer journey across all aftersales touchpoints.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly to uphold the dealership’s reputation.
• Develop loyalty and retention initiatives to build long-term customer relationships.
• Lead, motivate, and support the service advisors, technicians and parts personnel.
• Conduct regular training, performance evaluations and career development planning.
• Promote a strong team culture and service excellence mindset.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyseaftersales KPIs, including labour and parts sales, gross margins, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Implement continuous improvement plans based on performance data and market trends.
• Manage warranty claims and processes in accordance with manufacturer and internal policies.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s automotive service regulations, LTA requirements, and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aftersales or service management within a franchised automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, warranty processes, and parts management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
• Commercially savvy, with experience managing P&L and departmental targets.
• Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and MS Office tools.
