As an Employee Experience Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping our internal culture through creative and engaging corporate events and initiatives for our “Fairmily”. You will champion our values - being bold, growth-minded, open to ideas, and inclusive of diverse perspectives - to inspire innovation and raise the bar for our industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage C-suite and employee events that energise, inspire, and foster a strong company culture.
- Collaborate across departments to align events with business goals and employee engagement strategies.
- Drive initiatives that promote a growth mindset, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Curate and create content for LinkedIn that showcases our employee culture and strengthens our employer brand and positioning as Asia’s Most Admired Retailer.
- Partner with the Content & Social team for input on tone, format, and publishing cadence, while taking ownership of the content calendar, copywriting, approvals, and performance tracking for LinkedIn posts related to employee experience.
- Proactively identify storytelling opportunities from internal events and initiatives that resonate with external audiences on professional platforms.
- Own the end-to-end execution of event-related content, including copywriting, design, coordinating approvals, and publishing on social media.
- Measure the impact of events and campaigns, and continuously improve through feedback and analytics.
- Stay ahead of trends in employee engagement and workplace experience to push boundaries and elevate our internal culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, especially for digital and social platforms.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Creativity, bold thinking, and openness to new ideas and diverse perspectives.
- Passion for building a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Experience in engaging C-suite stakeholders, employee engagement and B2B marketing on LinkedIn or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Minimum Diploma in events/ project management or mass communications.
