The Role
As Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as the CEO’s right hand, driving cross-functional alignment, optimizing internal operations, and accelerating execution across the organization. You will report to the CEO.

What You Will Do
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Drive company-wide OKRs and ensure alignment across teams
- Lead strategic initiatives from conception through execution
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to run the company
- Work closely with the CEO on new business opportunities
- Explore and help pursue M&A and strategic partnerships
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing leverage through research, analysis, and preparation
- Prepare internal and external communications, board decks, and investor updates
- Ensure the CEO’s time is aligned with top business priorities
- Work across departments to ensure effective execution of key projects and initiatives
- Identify blockers and proactively resolve cross-functional issues
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and broader team
- Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction
- Build frameworks and playbooks to help the company scale
- Lead special projects that fall outside of traditional departmental lines
- Support leadership hiring and onboarding
- Help drive a high-performing, values-driven company culture
- Manage internal communication strategy and cadence
- Recognizes and is excited about the potential for AI as a transformational change
- Tracks and is well versant with the latest in AI developments and startups
- Hands on with various AI tools - expert at ChatGPT/Gemini and has been Vibe Coding
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. MBA is a plus.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working at a top tier strategy consulting firm
- Previous experience as a founder or a product leader is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business situations, identify key issues, and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and provide valuable insights to contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies.
- Proficient project management skills to oversee and implement strategic initiatives efficiently.
- Competency in data analysis tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and present data relevant to strategic decision-making.
- Understanding of strategic frameworks and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- You will be expected to work at our Singapore office as often as possible
