We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our centre and classrooms, supporting both online and offline activities. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within the education sector and contribute to student success.
This position requires strong proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) , as over 90% of our clients are Chinese-speaking, and our internal systems and daily communications are conducted primarily in Chinese. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese , including handling written tasks and typing in Chinese.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks such as lesson scheduling, filing, record maintenance, and data entry
- Manage procurement and inventory of office and teaching supplies
- Assist in preparing learning materials, including printing, scanning, laminating, and organising lesson packs
- Ensure offline classrooms are clean, well-organised, and ready for use, including managing classroom rotations and scheduling
- Liaise with contractors and building management to coordinate office repairs, renovations, and other facility-related servicing
- Issue invoices, track payments, and maintain tuition packages and student records
- Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and students (both online and onsite)
- Assist in the planning and execution of parent event activities, school tours, and student consultations
- Assist with ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by the sales, academic, or operations teams
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels / NITEC / Diploma in Business or related fields
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are welcome
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be detail-oriented
- Formal with WeCom work platform, Xiaohognshu, WeChat official account is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Voov/Zoom and class-in system is a plus

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- Saturdays 9:30 am–1:00 pm (rotational)
