E-Commerce Operation Specialist

• West Area

Role of E-Commerce Operations Specialist:

• Manage daily order processing of our webstore and across our store on ecommerce marketplace.
• Upload and maintain online listings
• Maintain online stocks
• Manage customer support emails and chats.
• Create refunds and discounts for out-of-stock items if required
• Assist in scheduling timely deliveries
• Capture payments for orders made
• Check-out products at the point-of-sale system
• Pick and pack items from the retail store, according to orders

• Highly Responsible and Good Team worker
• Video and Photo editing skills would be a plus
