Conduct Technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate activities with subcontractors in accordance of project schedules and contract requirements
Manage budget and expenditure of the project to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Manage resourses required on site.
Manage workplace safety in accordance to safety and health regulations.
Overseeing the project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
Prepare tender and contract bids.
Prepare reports to track the progress and cost of the project.
Responsible of planning of manpower schedule.
Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained.
Resolving any technical difficulties and problems that may arise on site.
Provide technical advice and resolutions on general issues of M&E installation in buildings
Otherad-hoc project duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor / management
