SGD $2,500/month + performance-based profit sharing (up to $5,000/month)

About the Role

We are hiring a sharp and capable Personal Assistant cum Business Development Executive to work directly with the founder of multiple businesses, including a growing commercial cleaning group and a newly launched bank brokerage firm in Singapore.

This role combining executive support , marketing and sales development , and AI-driven automation . You’ll help build systems, execute campaigns, manage leads, and support daily operations — acting as the founder’s right hand across ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Admin Support

• Manage founder’s calendar, priorities, and business operations
• Prepare quotations, client decks, proposals, SOPs, and internal documents
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members across multiple companies

Business Development & Marketing

• Generate leads using AI tools and outbound strategies
• Execute CRM automation and WhatsApp/email follow-up flows
• Assist in content planning, marketing campaigns, and sales materials
• Track lead pipelines and performance dashboards

AI & Automation Ops

• Build and maintain workflows in ChatGPT, Make.com, SleekFlow, Notion, Zapier
• Automate manual tasks to improve founder’s productivity
• Recommend and implement new AI solutions to support business growth

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• 1–3 years experience in admin, marketing, or BD roles
• Hands-on with AI/automation tools (or a fast learner)
• Strong communicator, organized, proactive, and able to think beyond the task
• Comfortable working directly with a founder in a high-speed environment

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in cleaning, facilities, finance, or manpower sectors
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Payboy, Notion, HubSpot, Monday.com
• Exposure to founder-led startups or small business scaling environments
