Service Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests in a warm, friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders clearly and confidently
• Make recommendations and upsell when appropriate
• Ensure dim sum orders are served timely and correctly
• Check on tables regularly without being intrusive
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
• Handle bills and process payments accurately
Uphold service standards even during busy hours

• Experienced in table service or quick to learn
• Attentive to details and guest needs
• Calm and efficient under pressure
• Personable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable standing/moving for long periods
• Available on weekends and public holidays
