Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with overall business goals
Plan and manage IT budgets, resources, and technology roadmaps
Oversee company-wide IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services
Ensure high system availability, performance, and security
Manage implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRMS
Ensure data accuracy, integration, and secure access across platforms
Lead cybersecurity initiatives and enforce IT security policies
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as PDPA and ISO standards
Establish and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Lead and mentor IT team members; set performance goals and conduct evaluations
Promote a collaborative and service-oriented IT culture
Manage external IT vendors and service providers
Drive IT and digital transformation projects across departments
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
Support change management and system adoption by end-users
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
