Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse trade requirements (supplier,client) into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
• Work with different vendor / client teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Collaborate with internal management team on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders

Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or a similar discipline
• Prior experience as a risk manager or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of risk management principles
• Expert-level knowledge of MS Office, and other risk management tools
• Excel VBA, SQL is good to have
• Proficiency in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills using tools like FMEA, Monte Carlo simulations, or decision tree analysis.
• Experience in setting up risk monitoring systems and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Knowledge of financial risk analysis models, risk rating techniques, credit risk, sovereign risk.
• Experience in developing continuity plans to manage operational disruptions.
• Managing risk in project environments using methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
