Inside Sales Executive

• Assist the sales team with client and partner relationships.

• Arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare quotes and follow up on leads.

• Maintain shipment records and track shipments.

• Provide constant update to customers shipment status

• Help negotiate freight rates and service agreements.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Support operations team with effective communications with customers

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, logistics, or customer service (preferred).

• Strong communication and organization skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask and solve problems
