About the Role
In the role of Production Planner, you'll be responsible for maintaining efficient production scheduling and effective material planning in a high-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work cross-functionally, leverage ERP planning tools, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that support streamlined operations and increased productivity. Your ability to collaborate, anticipate material needs, and adapt to shifting timelines will directly impact production efficiency and delivery performance.

- Salary: $3,000 – $4,200 Monthly Basic

What You'll Be Doing
- Plan Material Requirements: Create material requirement plans based on production schedules to maintain ideal inventory levels.
- Monitor & Adjust Schedules: Manage production timelines and revise plans as needed to support timely output.
- Coordinate Operations: Liaise with the Testing team and production departments to align workflows and ensure smooth execution.
- Utilize ERP Systems: Apply advanced ERP tools (e.g., SAP or Oracle) for inventory tracking, material forecasting, and optimizing production efficiency.
- Drive Process Improvement: Lead or contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing planning effectiveness and reducing lead times.
What They're Looking For
- Education: Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in production planning within the electronics manufacturing sector, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for effective planning and coordination
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams, buyers, and subcontractors
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, supervise, and engage cross-functional teams
- A proactive approach toward continuous improvement and operational effectiveness
