**Role Summary**
Responsible for the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of prescription medications and pharmaceutical products to clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and residential patients across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
**Medicine-Specific Deliveries**
- Transport prescription drugs, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, and pharmacy orders.
- Handle temperature-sensitive medicines using van or refrigerated vehicles
**Route & Time Management**
- Execute optimized delivery routes to meet strict pharmacy schedules and patient time windows.
- Prioritize STAT/urgent medication requests (e.g., antibiotics, palliative care drugs).
**Regulatory Compliance**
- Adhere to **Good Distribution Practice (GDP)** guidelines for pharmaceuticals (Health Sciences Authority).
- Maintain audit-ready temperature logs and vehicle hygiene records.
**Documentation & Security**
- Verify orders, collect signatures, and submit digital proof of delivery (ePOD).
- Secure high-value medications during transit (no unattended vehicles).
**Customer Protocol**
- Interact discreetly with clinics, pharmacists, and patients during handovers.
- Report delivery issues (e.g., patient unavailability, damaged packaging) immediately.
**Licensing & Record**
- Valid Singapore **Class 3/3A** driving license.
- No major accident for the past 2 years
**Medicine handling experience preferred** (e.g., pharmacy deliveries, healthcare logistics).
**Operational Skills**
- Punctual, organized, and adaptable to early/late shifts (incl. weekends).
- Tech proficiency: GPS apps, e-delivery platforms, temperature monitors.
**Physical Ability**
- Lift medicine parcels ( 20kg) and walk short distances for drop-offs.
