This role will take ownership of key components of PEP’s new Global F1 Partnership. This role will take ownership of races (specifically those races in the East – China, Singapore, Australian, Japan, S Korea, etc) + be the key activation lead on the partnership (specifically Sting Energy brand) driving strategic & operational integration between the platform and the brand.


  • Lead & own strategic integration of the partnership/platform with the #1 PEP anchor brand – Sting Energy
  • Lead development & execution of all Sting in-built sponsorship rights & assets
  • Lead execution of 8x key tentpole F1 moments/events (in the East) + deep partnership with Markets/Bottlers across the 8x Race Locations
  • Lead delivery of Meaningul Food & Drink Experiences (MFDE’s) across these events in partnerhip with Global & Local AFH teams
  • Lead delivery of best in class execution of PEP’s corporate event & hospitality programme across these events to facilitate & drive business relationships



1. Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Identify any differentiating expertise required for success in the role.
    • Experience in managing & nurturing highly strategic relationships with biggest sports & entertainment rights holders in the world (e.g. UEFA, FIFA)
    • Experience in managing large scale experiential events (real world & virtual)
    • Experience in managing large indirect teams (agencies and freelancers associated with scale experiential events)
    • Strong understanding of sports industry landscape

  • Abiity to navigate matrix organization at its most complex (multiple brands, multiple global teams, all regional teams, 100+ global markets)
  • Very strong sense for organizational dynamics, ability to build highly trusted relationships and influence through both formal and informal channels
  • Comfort and courage to take calculated risks, deal with high ambiguity and operate in the grey
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect, with peers, team members and senior executives
